Eligibility:

Bookings and Payments:

All bookings require a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice.
Full payment is due at checkout unless using an approved payment plan such as Shop Pay.

Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate guest counts and informing us of any food or other allergies.

Customers are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodations.
Guests are required to notify us of dietary restrictions, allergies, or other relevant details.

Liabilities:

Stella Thea Intimate Events is not liable for:
Weather conditions that may impact the event.
Vendor cancellations or unavailability.
A separate waiver outlining additional responsibilities and policies will be required.
