Refund policy

At Stella Thea Intimate Events, we strive to provide exceptional service and unforgettable experiences. Please review our refund policy below:

Refunds and Notice Requirements:

Refunds are available for cancellations with a minimum of 16 weeks’ notice prior to the event date.
Refunds are not available for any shipped items or merchandise.
A 10% non-refundable deposit of the total booking amount (including add-ons) will be retained to accommodate vendor bookings.
Processing Fees:

Any processing or transaction fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Timeline:

Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days.
